Yes, all rooms have individual AC. You can use air conditioner and heater with the same device.

Yes If you're coming after 10PM, the front door will be locked. The password for the door-lock is "2 2 4 4 #". After entering the hostel, please come to reception on 4F to get your room key. Your room key will be prepared on the front desk on the 4F.
